Ingredients
- 12 oz (340g) fresh cranberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or 1 container whipped topping)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the sugar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
- After chilling, stir in the drained crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows.
- If using heavy cream, whip it until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream (or whipped topping) into the cranberry mixture.
- Stir in chopped nuts if using.
- Cover and chill the fluff for at least 1 more hour before serving to let the flavors blend.
