Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
- 2¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 3–3½ cups all-purpose flour
- Extra melted butter for brushing
Instructions
