Why This Recipe Works
The soft chocolate sponge rolls easily around the creamy peanut butter filling, while the ganache adds a rich, glossy finish. Chopped peanut butter cups bring crunch, sweetness, and that classic chocolate-peanut butter flavor in every slice.
