Ingredients
- 2 cans Mexicorn (drained)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small can diced green chilies (drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional: diced jalapeños for heat
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green chilies, and chopped green onions.
- Stir in the drained Mexicorn and shredded cheddar cheese until fully mixed.
- Add optional diced jalapeños for extra heat, if desired.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers.
