Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, plus extra for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh chives or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Eggs
    Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat, cover, and let stand for 12 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath until completely cool.
  2. Prepare the Eggs
    Peel the eggs, slice each one in half lengthwise, and carefully remove the yolks.
  3. Make the Filling
    Mash the yolks with the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
