Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water (or beef broth)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, tortilla chips
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with your favorite toppings!
