Crockpot Hot Dog Chili

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup water
- 5 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Hot dogs and buns, for serving
- Diced onions and pickles, optional toppings
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart into very small crumbles. Drain excess grease.
- Transfer beef to the crockpot.
- Add water, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours, stirring occasionally, until thick and flavorful.
- Serve warm over grilled hot dogs and top with diced onions or pickles if desired.
