Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken and Rotini in Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rotini in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, then stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Return chicken to the pan, add cooked rotini, and stir until coated with the creamy sauce.
- Simmer 2 more minutes, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
