Ingredients
- 3 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 4 oz feta cheese, cut into slabs or large chunks
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
