Apple Pie Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Spoon apple pie filling evenly into each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter with white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and water.
- Simmer for 3 minutes, stirring until smooth.

- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden.
