Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1½ cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese
