Ingredients
Donuts
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Peach Cobbler Topping
- 2 cups diced canned or fresh peaches
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 1 tbsp water)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Spoon batter into donut pan, filling each 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden. Cool completely before filling.
- For cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Transfer to piping bag.
- Cut a slit in each donut and fill with cheesecake mixture.
- To make cobbler topping: In a saucepan, heat peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until bubbling. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Cool slightly.
- Spoon peach topping over each cheesecake-filled donut. Serve and enjoy!
