Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full fat)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small loaf pan or line with parchment.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, baking powder, and salt until completely smooth.
