Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1½ cups cooked shredded beef (leftovers or slow-cooked)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Unroll the puff pastry sheet and lightly roll out to smooth the surface.
