Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle additional shredded cheddar cheese over the top for an extra cheesy crust.
  8. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the loaf is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
