Ingredients
- 18 oz spaghetti
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, optional
Directions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
