Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: chili flakes, paprika, or shredded Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain any excess liquid from the cottage cheese using a fine mesh strainer or paper towel.
- Drop 1-tablespoon spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart and gently flattening into small rounds.
- Sprinkle each round with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and any optional toppings.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
- Allow to cool completely on the tray. Chips will crisp more as they cool.
