- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut

- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip or whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple (with juice) and instant pudding mix until fully combined and thickened.
- Add in the shredded coconut, cherries, and pineapple tidbits (if using). Stir well.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
