Ingredients

• 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1 can (15 oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, sliced into thin pats

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Pour crushed pineapple (with juice) into a 9×13″ baking dish.
3. Add pineapple chunks on top — do not stir.
4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the pineapple layers.
5. Top with butter slices, evenly spaced across the surface.
6. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
