  • 300ml (1.25 cups) whipped cream
  • 230g (2.3 cups) dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Biscuit Base

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan. Use the back of a spoon to ensure it’s firmly packed.
